Request that CHESICC issue the verification report in English and send directly to University of Montana Undergraduate Admissions.

You will also need to obtain a verification report of the transcript (高等成绩验证报告,) a verification report of student record (学籍在线验证报告), and, if applicable, the Higher Education Qualification Certificate (教育部学历证书电子注册备案表) from the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC) website: https://my.chsi.com.cn/archive/index.jsp . Request that CHESICC issue the verification reports in English and send them directly to University of Montana Undergraduate Admissions. If your results are more than one year old, we must have both the scratch card and the actual Senior School Certificate, not just the grades from the online results/results slip.

If the exam board does not issue a results slip, we cannot complete an evaluation until the formal certificate is issued. We cannot accept school-issued transcripts as official. Some examination boards (e.g. Cambridge International) also offer a way for you to have the exam board electronically send us your official results. For others (e.g. Pearson Edexcel) you can request that they share official results with UM.
