Thereare many places available to eat on campus during Fall Orientation, includingthe Food Zoo, UC Market and UCFood Court.
Weare unable to offer on-campus housing during Fall Orientation. If you areliving in the residence halls you can move into your room early. You are alsowelcome to stay at one of the many fine hotels in Missoula.
We know how important the students' families can be in supporting theireducation, so we have a concurrent Family Orientation where parents can learnmore about the UM experience in a program tailored to their specific needs.
Families will learn about the transition from high school to college, hearabout support services available to their students, and can connect with otherfamilies who are going through the same process of sending their students tocollege. You will hear from Residence Life, Curry HealthCenter, Dining Services, Freshmen Programs, Career Services, Campus Safety and many more!
You can register online for the raft trip and Family Orientation or call usat 1800.462.8636 and we will mail you a registration form. Due to capacitylimitations, Orientations do fill, so please register in advance if yourschedule isn't flexible.
