The Residence Life Office provides affordable, convenient and fun living options on campus and close to campus. On campus, there are 9 resident halls with various living options and off campus there are UM owned apartments for upper classmen as well as apartments for married students or students with children. Living on or near campus is the best way to get involved at UM...you won't miss anything.
UM's award winning Dining Services provides students with a variety of unique programs and dining options campus-wide. Variety is the key to student satisfaction and UM has a little bit of everything from vegan and vegetarian options to burgers and fries to international cuisine. You can access it all with one of the two flexible on-campus meal plans, or an off-campus meal option.

Paddle Brennan's wave in downtown Missoula, ski or snowboard Montana Snowbowl's 2600 feet of vertical just minutes from campus, fish the Clark Fork or Bitterroot rivers (both run right through Missoula) or hike the "M" trail (Montana's most popular hiking trail).
UM's, state-of-the-art, Campus Recreation Center is a full fitness facility complete with cardio equipment, courts for intramurals, weights, a running track, a climbing wall, plenty of classes, a sauna and a juice and snack bar.
The Rec Center is also home to Outdoor Programs. Outdoor Programs offers many great trips, skill classes, high adventure presentations and even rents outdoor gear at great prices.
Big Sky country is packed with adventure and beautiful scenery...full of powder, whitewater, vertical, and singletrack, mountain peaks, alpine meadows, freshwater lakes and wide open spaces. It's a paddler's, boarder's, climber's dream and it's all right here.

ASUM is UM's student government and oversees over 150 clubs dedicated to academics, volunteer service, diversity, sports and recreation, politics, religion and many other interests. There is something for everyone!
A student run/student funded organization that brings big name concerts and events to UM. From the Rolling Stones to Keith Urban, UM Productions pledges to maintain diversity of programming to fit the interests of UM students and the Missoula community.
