Schedule a Visit to Campus

Experience campus for yourself. One of the best ways to understand if UM is the right fit for you is to visit the campus and engage with the students, faculty, and staff who make up the University community. The Office of Enrollment Services – Admissions assists prospective students and their families in arranging campus visits. You can register for a campus visit online, or give our office a call to schedule a visit.

Visit The University of Montana

Sign up for a daily campus visit online.

The University of Montana hosts prospective students on campus Monday-Friday throughout the entire year, except holidays. Typically, a student can meet with an admissions counselor, take a guided tour of campus, and meet with a faculty member. Tours and meetings with admissions counselors are offered at various times throughout the year.

We recommend visiting on a weekday during the academic year to experience campus life at its best. To provide you with the best experience possible, we ask that you give us at least two weeks notice to schedule your visit. If you schedule within a week of visiting we may not be able to arrange additional meetings with departments.

Please note, UM observes federal and state holidays. Campus visits and tours are not available on those days. During break periods, visits and tours may have limited availability. Please call in advance to confirm a visit during these times.

Check out the travel and accommodations page for information on getting to Missoula, accommodations, and other services in the area.
