If you have completed secondary school but have not yet started any post-secondary study, please submit the following documents:

1. Final Exam Results

For example:  West African Senior School Certificate

• Please submit a legible photocopy of your examination results.

2. WAEC Scratch Card

We use information on your West African Examination Council scratch card to verify your examination results.

• Please submit a photocopy of both the front and back sides of your WAEC scratch card.

If you have completed some post-secondary education, but have not yet received a degree / diploma, please submit the following materials:

1. Academic Transcript

This is an official document issued by your institution that accurately shows your name, date of birth, matriculation number, subjects or courses taken and grades received for each year of post-secondary study.  

• Request an official transcript from your university or institution of post-secondary study. 
• Ask that the transcript be sent directly to University of Montana in a sealed envelope that has been stamped or signed across the back flap by the university registrar or other appropriate university official.  If the institution gives the transcript to you, it must remain sealed in the original envelope.  If the envelope is opened, or if there is no stamp or seal, we cannot accept the document.

If you have completed a program of post-secondary study, please send the following documents:

1. Academic Transcript

2.  Diploma or Degree Certificate

For example: National Diploma, Higher National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree

• Please submit a clear, legible copy of your diploma or degree certificate.  Do not send the original certificate.
