Visitor: Cory from California
Please describe the most unique/best part of your campus visit experience.
All around, the visit was just incredible. I had 4 meetings with professors and staff- each person equally welcoming and kind. The people I talked with were exstatic about future students and really cared about making your visit extraordinary. Make sure you visit your department and chat with them, they will make you feel more assured in your future major or help you out in any other way.
The beauty of the campus and its suroundings are arguably the most appealing part of the college (Though there are too many to count)- with dozens of peaks surounding you, hundreds of trails and parks, a river running beside the athletics center, and a HUGE field in the center of the campus. It seems that there will never be boredom here. There are clubs and activities for EVERYTHING, rock walls, tracks, tennis courts. The environment the school is in offers a huge variety of nature related activities, scholastic opportunities, and a charming downtown.
In general, I urge you to visit yourself. The campus has something to appeal to everyone, and is very welcoming and homey.
